Hey Loves! It’s been awhile but instead of making excuses I’m going to get right to it. :)
In January I tuned 30! I had plans leading up to my birthday cruise to lose weight and tone up for all the tanning and bathing suit wearing I would be doing. Buuuttt it didn’t work out for me very well. I moved to New Jersey and the winter put a halt to all of my plans. So now I’m trying to catch up and get back to it. I am DETERMINED to mark my 30th year with some sort of pictorial memory. I’ve actually written a little documentary style tribute to myself. Sounds conceited BUT I am a firm believer in celebrating oneself!
One of my favorite videos from Beyonce’s latest album is Partition. It’s EXPLICIT, so don’t say I didn’t warn you. :) Although I have no intention on making a video I DO think that Beyonce looks great. After seeing the vid it instantly became my new workout inspiration. She’s toned and looks to be in great shape. Recently I realized just how OUT of shape I was after running after a train I was trying to catch into NYC. I couldn’t breathe dude. LOL, it was so embarrassing. I was short of breathe for a minute (like a couple of hours) and felt like my lungs were on fire. I might need to get checked out actually, but in the meantime I will be werking it OUT. Project Partition is all about me getting toned and in better cardiovascular health.
