Love makeup! You might be able to tell from some of my old posts and videos but lately I have COMPLETELY fallen off. I have an ipsy Glam Bag subscription, and squeal when a new bag comes in the mail. I open the bag and get so excited about all the new items in the bag. Then I set it aside and leave no time to actually use them. Well…maybe I use one or two of the items but put them down shortly after. This has been going on for almost 6 months! 6 months of product just sitting there.
It definitely had something to do with moving, and then just the loss of interest in looking good. Crazy….when I think about it now, but I see how easily it happened. I used to get ready and go to work everyday. But with the inches and inches of snow falling outside staying home became the norm. So…I added tasks on my to-do list that I NEVER thought I’d have to:
“Paint your nails every week”, “Dress up and look like you care about what you look like”.
I’m addicted to to-do lists so I knew that I would make sure to cross these tasks off….hey, you’ve got to do whatever works for you!
Still working on a look using the items from February’s bag, but stay tuned! So far I LOVE the nail polish and the POP lip gloss.
