Overwhelmed? Time to Garden!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! (panic 'AH', not excited 'AH') That expression is exactly how I've been feeling lately. For awhile now actually. Lately I've found myself totally overwhelmed by the pressures of life. In fact...I can't really remember a time when I haven't felt the pressure (most of which I put on myself) to succeed, do more, be more, be better, work, work , work, work! I think the pressure fluctuates throughout the years but it's always there...lurking....the 20 to do lists I have for this project and the ideas that needs to be worked out. YEESH! Mother’s Day Fun, Style & Reflection

Howdy!? It's Friday and I wanted to surprise you all with a quick post! I mentioned my trip to Cali to surprise my Mommy for Mother's Day last weekend in my last post. We had so much fun for this photoshoot. The morning of I installed CurlFormers on my Mom and she really loved the look! I had thrown an outfit together and put it in my bag the night before my flight. I forgot to put an undershirt in there (which is why I'm lightweight naked-yikes). What was surprising was that I laid out the outfit and my Mom was like, "Oh, I've got a shirt like that...and those jeans too." Spring Cleaning Giveaway | Creme of Nature

Hey Loves! I hope your weekend went well. Happy Belated Mother's Day to all of you mothers and mother-figures out there. :) I decided (super last minute) to surprise my Mommy in Cali for Mother's Day. I flew standby on Friday night and rented a car so that I could just show up (I like to see the shock factor). She was super happy, which is all I could ask for. Now...getting back from Cali was another type of situation. That Stand-by Life: Flying standby on Sunday wasn't even an option as the weather in Dallas was atrocious.
